Spanning an impressive 155,000m², this project reflects a modern architectural approach with a focus on functionality and civic engagement. Designed in 2015 and currently under construction, its striking geometric facade and open spaces aim to enhance connectivity within the urban landscape.
As Senior Architect, Mehtap Kocaman oversaw concept design coordination, project management during the design development phase, and consultant collaboration. Additionally, she supervised the team, coordinated schedules, and ensured workload efficiency. The project showcases her expertise in delivering large-scale, multifunctional spaces that balance aesthetic appeal with operational practicality. Brazzaville City Center is set to become a cornerstone of civic and commercial life in the region.
