Laguna Villas offers a modern living space integrated with nature and enriched with water elements. The residential clusters are designed along the main transportation axis, with spacious green areas and lagoons in between.
Water elements are incorporated into the settlement in three different forms: flowing streams, illuminated fountains, and tranquil lagoons. The residences are elevated to blend with the natural landscape, and entrances are planned at an upper level. Garages are placed beneath the residences to ensure structural integrity, minimizing vehicle traffic. Guest parking areas are designated in specific locations, preventing cars from entering interior spaces.

The social facilities include a restaurant, café, indoor swimming pools, and sports areas. Additionally, at the lowest end of the development, there is an equestrian club featuring open and closed riding arenas, offering a nature-friendly experience. The project includes various types of villas, featuring stone, ceramic, wood, and metal finishes that reflect a modern country style. Laguna Villas embraces the concept of rural living within the city, providing residents with a tranquil environment seamlessly integrated with nature.
