Canan Residence is a modern residential project located in the Kuzey Ataşehir region, consisting of three separate blocks. The project has been designed with a concept that includes a total of 269 apartments and a distinct commercial space.
The rectangular shape of the land has allowed for a composition of rectangles both horizontally and vertically in the architectural design. At the same time, the three-dimensional mass composition has been shaped into clear rectangular prisms. Since the area was not fully developed at the time, the project was positioned as a key element to enhance the overall quality of the region and lead new developments.

Its elevated position provides a panoramic view advantage. The 32, 22, and 18-story blocks were strategically placed to avoid obstructing each other’s views while forming an inner courtyard. The lower floors open to this courtyard, while the upper floors are designed to face both the courtyard and the surrounding landscape.
The project features social facilities enriched with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, sports areas, restaurants, and green spaces. The security system, fire, and earthquake regulations were strictly followed to ensure the highest level of protection. With high-quality materials and a modern design approach, Canan Residence offers a contemporary and prestigious living space in the region.
