The Büyük House project focuses on the interior design of an apartment reconstructed through an urban renewal process. In this renovated building, the construction process was entirely directed according to the interior design, presenting various challenges in project management.
Designed by Mehtap Kocaman, the project merged two separate apartments, a 1+1 and a 3+1, into a spacious and comfortable 3+1 living space of approximately 150 m². This combination created a larger and more functional area. The project carefully employed a harmonious blend of walnut wood and light tones throughout the space, establishing a warm, modern, and inviting atmosphere. These materials were utilized with great attention to ensure visual harmony and functionality in every corner of the interior.

The completed project embodies a modern design approach, combining aesthetics and comfort to create a functional and peaceful living environment for its users. Büyük Evi is not just a design; it aims to provide an ideal living space for those seeking quality and harmony within their home.
