ARCSILVA is a two-block project offering a serene living environment surrounded by nature and parks, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The blocks share common basement levels, with a single planned entrance prioritizing the use of green spaces at the garden level.

The project incorporates social and recreational areas designed to meet modern living needs. The lounge on the entrance level provides ARCSILVA residents a space to socialize and host guests, while the fitness center and indoor swimming pool are visually connected by an axis. The spa center features facilities such as a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, shock shower, and other functions, while a children’s play area is conveniently designed for parents to monitor their children easily.
